QA-1: Assembly

Can the product be easily assembled?

Examines how accurately, securely, and quickly the product’s parts assemble. Assembly should be intuitive and hassle-free. What we're looking for:

• Assembly does not require strenuous effort or dexterity.

• Assembly does not require force putting product at risk of fracture.

• After assembly, all product features are in alignment.

• After assembly, no other features seem out of place.

• The assembly is not at risk of accidentally coming apart.
